Bio

Mario J. Radford, a Kentucky native embodies the theme of being more than a preacher.  As a musician, speaker, podcast host, author,  actor, pastor, and more, he remains intentionally relatable, authentically transparent, purposefully evolving and passionately humorous.

Mario received his Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies from Kentucky State University, where he also served as the Musical Director of the Gospel Ensemble and various other roles through the Office of the President. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Foundations at Asbury Theological Seminary.

He serves as the Lead Pastor of Growth Point Church of Lexington, KY and the CEO of Mario J. Radford & Co., a company designed to support others in embracing their unique design. His inspirational children’s book entitled, “What If” and music are available on all digital platforms. Mario is the host of the podcast, “Uniquely Designed” available for streaming on all podcast platforms.

Mario is a member of the Alpha Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. where he serves as the communications director. He and his wife have three children and live in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
