  • Leadership Consultant

    Lettie Johnson of Louisville, KY is the CEO/Founder of Gifted By Design Leadership and Consulting, LLC (GBD). A wholistic values-based personal and professional development practice in connecting, consulting, counseling, and coaching people and organizations. Lettie holds over 20+ years of experience in transforming organizations and people across sectors. As a Maxwell Leadership Executive Program Team Member-certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker. She offers workshops, team building, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your giftedness, personal and professional growth. Also being a licensed diversity equity and inclusion facilitator she uses her skills in justice, leadership development, strategic planning, and communication methods to assist people and organizations in maximizing their capacity and reaching their full potential.
    Among Civic duties Lettie serves on Boards both locally and nationally. Her most recent service is being a graduate of Leadership Louisville as a 2021 Bingham Fellow that led to founding 3 Organizations (The 3003 Collaborative 501C3, The 3003 Campaign 501C4, and The 3003PAC) to improve the lives of Black Kentuckians by advancing leaders, policies and systems that end structural racism.
    Lettie’s “why” is her values based leadership-faith, justice, Community and she believes in the potential of people and organizations. Lettie is most proud of marriage to her Husband, Robert of 19 years

  • Event Host

    Mario J. Radford, a Kentucky native embodies the theme of being more than a preacher.  As a musician, speaker, podcast host, author,  pastor, and more, he remains intentionally relatable, authentically transparent, purposefully evolving and passionately humorous.

    Mario received his Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies from Kentucky State University and Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Foundations at Asbury Theological Seminary.

    His inspirational children’s books and music are available on all digital platforms.
